The biggest frustration for most consumers of medical services is the fragmented system that we call the health care system. What is even more striking is that there is just about no expectation on part of consumers to have a synergistic system not only within a single profession, but clearly there is no expectation of any coordination of efforts across professional lines. Even though we cannot truly expect to truly say that we are ready for retirement unless we have financial, healthcare and legal professionals all sitting around the same table at the same time discussing the issues about their mutual client. This is a broken system.
