Americans don't understand the Affordable Care Act

Despite all the political rhetoric about Obamacare the reality is that three years later, 67 percent of Americans don’t know what it means for them says a study out by the Kaiser Family Foundation. 

Nearly half (48 percent) of them don’t know whether or not their state will be implementing new exchanges even though enrollment is set to begin on Oct. 1.  In fact, according to this article, Americans know less about it than they did three years ago.
